Refund Policy

At Pondee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time
  4. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at yitai1147@gmail.com

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at yitai1147@gmail.com.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to our address provided upon request. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
