1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

3. Shipping Rates
Standard domestic shipping is $50.00 per order. Expedited and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
4. International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the buyer's responsibility.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High order volumes during peak seasons
- Carrier delays or disruptions
- Customs clearance for international orders
- Severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances
Pondee is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Pondee is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
